Built for dewatering pulp suspensions in rough environments — from inlet consistencies of 3–12% to outlet consistencies up to 30% and higher. Developed by Qadbros for paper industries in Pakistan.

Manganese steel rings for limestone crushing, made by Qadbros for Fatima Fertilizer — competing with imported Chinese rings rated at 300,000 tons of crushing life.

Foundry items
Ingots are a common base material for any foundry. Qadbros maintains stock capacity so urgent customer demand can be met — with KSB Pumps Pakistan among the larger consumers.
GN-04 · Coal power
NCPL · Nishat Chunian
For the first time, NCPL put their faith in the local market with Qadbros — delivering one complete set of coal crushing plates. On satisfactory feedback, NCPL signed a 2-year contract.
GN-05 · Hydro
GE Hydro · Mangla Dam
Awarded by General Electric Hydro — machining of water turbine parts including inner head cover, outer head cover and guide bearing. Won on single quotation; no other competitor had this large-machine capacity.

Castings of spares for the irrigation hoisting system — first time the irrigation department bought locally, and from Qadbros Engineering.

Blow bars / beaters for crushing raw material. External refining technology reduces harmful elements and improves abrasion resistance and impact toughness — now exported to Middle East markets.

MechProTech · South Africa
With partner SONKOR, Qadbros won the project for two girth gears for a grater machine — gigantic gears made only by Qadbros Engineering in Pakistan.
