QADBROS is proud to have signed a joint venture agreement with Danish engineering company FLSmidth & Co. — a market leader in the supply of engineering, equipment and service solutions for the global mining and cement industries.
Under this agreement, QADBROS will locally produce and promote wear parts for the cement industry and cater to the needs of both the Pakistani and international markets.

Seeing the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a highly qualified management and manufacturing team, FLSmidth has shown complete confidence in QADBROS manufacturing abilities and is now transferring its technology and sharing SOPs to QADBROS for improving the quality of locally manufactured wear parts.
After having met all the stringent compliance requirements of FLSmidth, QADBROS is introducing hammers for all types of crushers to the local market, initially. For the second phase, the “Wear Segment” is under inspection of FLSmidth to meet their compliance standards — we are positive and excited to introduce it to the market as well.
These wear parts and consumables are essential for every cement plant. They are a recurrent need for cement manufacturers as they are typically consumed within an 18-month period. This joint venture enables QADBROS to meet wear-part needs locally and internationally — becoming a one-stop provider for these consumables.
